I see a lot of people microing with lots and attacking with goons. I like to do the opposite. You get goons fast with or without range and draw enemy out of his base while lots dive in and mess up the place. Once the person sees goons as distraction they go to kill all the lots in the back of their base and your goons can start picking off units from a distance covering your lots.

I think if you can have a pretty good goon micro, goons are dominating. Against ran for instance, all you have to do is move the goon that is being attacked by rines back a click. Then you move the next one. You can literally keep doing this forever. You might lose a goon, but you kill so many rines by doing this.

Like I've said many times, if you get goons with range before the ran gets seige, you win. Hands down. So if you go in with zealots and he doesnt have seige yet, or he's researching it, take the shop. Pump two pumps of goons. And you win.

Easiest MU in game, aside from maybe pvz.

See I try to win with as little fighting as possible. All this sacrificial lamb stuff is too tacky for me. I just want to walk into the enemies base and take it out with as little loss of units as possible. Like a technical choke with my main force hidden in another base close to the enemies. Once my scout sees the last of the enemies units out of their base, i'm gone.

I know not weapons WW3 will be fought with, but I know WW4 will be fought with sticks and stones.

Yeah if there are still humans around to fight another world war. I just don't like the idea that I was born into a world that could be blown to pieces at any moment and I have no say in it. If the world ends in my life time I will be very disappointed in my fellow man.

im already disappointed in man. countrys blow shit up just to say "hey look what we have" instead of inventing something to benefit everyone. its like they have balls now cuz they have hydrogen bombs. then again i find it pretty funny when someone thinks they have alot of something or great then comes across something so much greater and makes w/e they have look weak/non existent. id like to see the look on there faces if they experience a supernova. that would be cool to see tho...then you can view a supernova remnant outside for a few thousand years.

as for protoss. i like mixing all the units mainly zealots goons temps. each one plays an important roll in an attacks push so make sure late game ur not sacrificing all your templars into siege tanks/hydras cuz each storm can be devastating. try not to miss. (Judger: Thats what she said)

When it comes to that kind of late game, I just go into mad pump mode. Ain't no pump like a kevmo pump cuz a kevmo pump don't stop. My apm will double once I realize its pump or die. I don't like to use too many unit specific techniques, because if you lose the unit you need your work goes to hell, and then all the concentration you spent on that tactic leaves other areas lacking. I don't like to be lacking.

I don't have a plan really. I just become one with the buttons, and in a serious game the buttons tell me what I need to do. I just listen to the buttons, and don't lose concentration.

Haha not really. I guess it's something like that but more along the lines of "When I am one with the buttons and have full concentration, games don't last longer than ten minutes." I don't push unless i'm concentrating. So once I concentrate i'm like water flowing from the top of a mountain. Fast and powerful. I am the Zen Gamer anyways.

haha yah man i like that. i used to play with certain builds and making things at certain times but i realized the best form is to not have a form. when they attack i defend when i attack they better defend cuz if they dont they will be hurting. as for the mixture of units i still think its good. i mean temps are so useful later in the game each one always does more damage then 1 zealot or goon does. zealots and goons are around to just pick up the scraps and take out buildings. but i get what ur saying early in the game and thats cool.

If the game gets drawn out real long, and you need to employ special tactics to break your opponent, it becomes a squalid victory. I like to end things fast, and without retalliation. If it comes to it though late in the game, I hide temps in other bases and keep 2 or 3 shuttles with reavers in them to move to a battle site. Timing is crucial so it's nice to have the enemy play into your plan. Just a simple control of their forces and you can move any which way you want.

I have recently figured out a devastating late game technique vs toss.

Dropping reavers around rines while ur zealots and goons are firing... If you're playing a ran that uses rines to shield tanks a lot, this can be pretty tough to defend. You wait for tanks to fire, drop the reaver and pick it back up. In that time the reaver takes out a pretty good sized group of rines, basically amounting to an unlimited amount of storms. Especially if you have damage increased.
